Solid service, minor wait
I went in for a sew-in install. The final result was great, very neat and professional. The stylist really knew her stuff and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My only minor issue was the waiting time. I had an appointment, but still waited about 15 minutes past it. It wasn't a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you're on a tight schedule.
